The active compound in Epimedium (horny goat weed). Icariin inhibits phosphodiesterase-5 — the same enzyme sildenafil hits, the pathway behind erectile and clitoral blood flow. In animal and in-vitro studies, icariin shows meaningful PDE5 selectivity at a fraction of the pharma potency. Gentle. Blood flow, not a guarantee.

Malaysian root (Eurycoma longifolia) standardized for eurycomanone content. Clinical trials show it lowers cortisol, raises free testosterone, and improves libido markers in both men and women. Used daily in Southeast Asia for centuries; Huberman covered it thoroughly on his protocol episode.
